The Palestinian Takaful Insurance Company welcomed a high-level delegation from the Palestine Exchange (PEX), headed by Ms. Rula Al-Shannar, Chairperson of the Board, and Mr. Nihad Kamal, CEO, along with several department directors.
The delegation was received by Mr. Riyad Al-Atrash, General Manager of the company, accompanied by assistant general managers and the Public Relations Director.
The meeting focused on enhancing institutional cooperation, strengthening confidence between listed companies and the financial market, and exploring new opportunities for joint development.
Discussions emphasized the importance of corporate governance, transparency, and regulatory compliance in supporting investor trust and market stability. Both parties also reviewed the company’s performance and resilience amid current economic and political challenges, including the ongoing war in Gaza.
At the conclusion of the meeting, both sides reaffirmed their commitment to continued collaboration, particularly in areas of financial awareness, investment promotion, and improving market efficiency to attract more local and international investors.
