The General Assembly of the Palestinian Takaful Insurance Company, in its meeting held on April 8, 2025, approved the distribution of cash dividends of 15% of the share’s nominal value for the fiscal year 2024.

We are pleased to inform our esteemed shareholders that the distribution of these cash dividends will commence on April 20, 2025, through the branches of the Palestinian Islamic Bank.
Dividends will be distributed to shareholders registered as of April 8, 2025.

Shareholders residing outside Palestine who wish to have their dividends transferred to their bank accounts are kindly requested to provide their full name, account number, and IBAN.
